Mrs. Terry Turner

Hello! My name is Terry Turner, and I’m excited to begin my first year at Schell. This marks my thirteenth year teaching students in Special Education within PISD. I earned my BBA in Marketing and Management from Stephen F. Austin State University and began my professional career in the banking industry. However, I discovered my true passion, education, and made the rewarding transition to teaching.

Supporting students as they grow and gain the skills to become lifelong learners is what motivates me every day.

Outside of the classroom, I’m the proud mom of two amazing sons. My oldest recently married in June, and my youngest, a recent Texas Tech graduate, is now working in banking. With my nest now officially empty, I enjoy spending my free time reading, gardening, and walking my two energetic dogs
